OUR BUILDER-BACKED SERVICE PROGRAM

The Builder Backed Service Program begins on the date of approved occupancy or final building inspection from the county of record. This limited warranty provides one year of workmanship coverage and qualifying structural defect coverage for certain construction defects. The structural defect coverage will expire either when the builder’s liability expires under the state Statute of Repose or ten years from the occupancy date, whichever is earlier.

As with any complex structure, homes are subject to minor manufacturing defects. To address this, we schedule walk-throughs:

• Pre-Move-In Walkthrough: Identifies any potential issues.
• One-Year Walkthrough: Addresses any workmanship concerns.

All identified warranty issues will be promptly resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
