The Builder Backed Service Program will start at the date of approved occupancy/final building inspection from County of record.
The Builder Backed Service Program is a limited warranty that provides one-year workmanship and qualifying structural defect coverage for certain construction defects in the subject home. The structural defect coverage expires on the date the Builder’s liability expires under that state Statute of Repose or ten years, whichever is earlier.
As in any complex structure, homes are subject to minor manufacturing defects. Prior to move in, and at the one year mark, a walk-through will be scheduled to determine any workmanship issues. All identified warranty issues will be resolved promptly to customer's satisfaction.
